Cookies with Chlorella and almonds<\/p><\/div>\n

Ingredients<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 120 grams (~ \u00bd cup and 1 teaspoon) of butter
\n\u2022 180 grams (~ \u00be cup and 2 teaspoons) of sugar
\n\u2022 150 grams (~ 1 \u215e cup) of slivered almonds
\n\u2022 2 eggs
\n\u2022 200 grams (~ 1 \u00be cups) of flour
\n\u2022 1 small glass of milk
\n\u2022 1 pinch of salt
\n\u2022 1 teaspoon of powdered Chlorella Echlorial<\/a><\/p>\n

Directions<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Mix eggs and sugar and blend until foaming.
\n\u2022 Add milk, then flour, then Chlorella powder.
\n\u2022 Melt butter and add it to the batter.
\n\u2022 Adjust the consistency of the batter with milk. The batter should flow from a spoon relatively easily. The thinner the batter is, the thinner the cookies will be.
\n\u2022 Drop small spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet. Leave enough room for each spoonful to spread out entirely without combining.
\n\u2022 Sprinkle slivered almonds onto each spoonful of batter before putting baking sheet into the oven.<\/p>\n
