But healthy, energetic and independent aging is what we all want. A recent scientific study conducted in Switzerland and published in <em>Nature Aging<\/em> offers some good news: a simple daily gesture, such as taking an<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.echlorial.fr\/18-omega-3-vegan\">omega-3<\/a><\/strong>could slow down biological aging&#8230; at minimal cost and with lasting benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Omega-3, vitamin D, physical activity: the winning trio for improved vitality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Up to 4 months of biological &#8220;rejuvenation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nearly 800 people aged 70 and over took part in the study.
