I don’t understand why my immune system has become so weak. We have been vegetarians for over 30 years.
We eat organic food and in spite of this, for the last 3-4 years I have had more and more frequent outbreaks of herpes and mouth ulcers.
We have eliminated gluten and all dairy products for the last 2 years, I have taken a lot of herbs and supplements that have done nothing to solve my herpes problem and my canker sores still do not go away. It is also true that I lack vitamin D, I take some now, for some time (D3).
