I can testify on the benefits of chlorella on psoriasis.

Skin problems are complex …. I’m not telling you anything new by saying this.
I can only tell you about the experiences I have had.
For psoriasis, in times of crisis, the doses used and effective are about thirty per day. As for the duration, it varies from one case to another, but you should know that for all the effects of Chlorella on the skin (mucous membranes and dander in general), it takes several months.
This does not prevent you from seeing improvements before, and sometimes even quite quickly (hardness of the nails reinforced after 2 months of taking it).
Remember that Chlorella can’t hurt you, you just need to find the right dosage for the expected effects.

I have been using chlorella for 2 years. I have noticed many positive effects:
